- Round-the-clock support via phone to one of our engineers. 24/7 direct contact with a high level support engineer who is familiar with your network. We do not use “call centre” operators or base-level support staff.
- Daily monitoring of performance and data backups.
- Disaster recovery services, should an emergency occur. Hot-spare server and other critical hardware/software are kept at our office to facilitate a full recovery with minimum downtime.
- Offsite backups are kept (if required) to protect your data in the event of fire, flood etc.
- Proactive monitoring of your IT infrastructure that will allow us to be aware of any problem before it impacts your business operations.
